Deck/Engineer in Maldives

Summary

We are looking for a relive engineer for the timeframe, 15.12.24-16.01.25.

We are a Privat explorer yacht CDM 33m, and we are looking for someone with a Y4 or equivalent.

This is a family style boat, where the yacht is the owners appartement. We are in diving and the crew can join, when the work it allows.

The engineer we are looking for, must work as well on deck and assist in different departments, when necessary, but normally only on deck.

We are looking for a positive and solution orientated engineer. We are in remote areas and don´t have access to new parts all the time, so he must be able to think around the corner. We are a yacht which is always moving, so generator is always running.

We are looking for a non-smoker and non-drinker.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y4 Chief Engineer (<200gt <1500kW)/ EOOW III/1 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
