The candidate specification
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a big personality to join the team of a highly successful and well-respected private and charter yacht. They just had their busiest charter season. While qualifications in personal training are a bonus, they’re not essential - what matters most is your energy, enthusiasm, and ability to engage with both crew and guests. The yacht will be in the yard until June, so patience and adaptability during this period are key. Once back in action, we need someone who can balance hard work with creating fun, memorable experiences for guests, encouraging laughter, and help to create camaraderie onboard. If you’re proactive, confident in suggesting and leading fitness or bonding activities, and eager to bring vibrant energy to this incredible yacht, we’d love to hear from you!
- Required experience: 1-2 yachting experience
