Relief Captain - Private 50m Explorer M/Y
The successful candidate will join the yacht in the Caribbean, with the possibility of travel during the relief period.

Location: Caribbean
Package: Competitive salary for a 6-week contract
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Demonstrated experience as Captain or Relief Captain on similar-sized vessels.
- Ability to maintain clear and consistent communication with the yacht’s owner, management, and crew.
- Expertise in safely navigating and operating the vessel with precision and professionalism.
- Strong leadership in managing the crew, fostering seamless teamwork, and delivering exceptional service to guests.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISM and ISPS procedures, ensuring full compliance with maritime regulations.
- Proficiency in overseeing the yacht’s systems and maintenance to uphold operational standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Qualifications Required:
- Master 3000 license
- SSO/GMDSS/ECDIS/Medical Care/AFF certifications
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate (ENG1)
- STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
