Summary
Job Title: 3rd / Pastry Chef
Yacht: 100+m MY Private MY.
Contract: 5:1 rotation
Start Date: ASAP. Yacht is located in Europe
Minimum Qualifications/Duties and Responsibilities :
- The Third Chef/ Pastry Chef or Chef de Partie reports to the Head Chef and the second Chef and supports them in all their duties at the operational level, and may be asked to perform side duties (cleaning, loading, etc.…)
- Cooks high quality pastries for the guests
- Knowledge of French and mediterranean cuisines, Vegetarian dishes,
- Ensures that the public health standards are respected in the kitchen
- Assists in the food storing process as per public health standards
- Preferably with 5 years’ experience in good restaurants or with a cruise line/hotel background.
- We would like an energetic Chef that is positive, productive and flexible to work within the team
Certificates:
Must have valid STCW, PSA, ENG1/medical certificate. Food & Hygiene L2. are a must. Designated Security Duties, Crowd Management, Crisis Management & Human Behaviour are big plus
Salary: 4000 Euro per month, 5:1 rotation paid all year around. It is likely to change into 4:2 soon.
