TYS Recruitment is seeking a talented rotational Chef for a 55m+ private/charter M/Y.

- Can be coupled with a 2nd Stew (2nd Stewardess role is not rotational)
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a chef onboard yachts, with additional restaurant experience being highly preferred. Strong culinary skills are essential, especially in American cuisine, which is the owners’ preference. In addition to exceptional cooking abilities, the candidate should feel comfortable building rapport with the yacht owners, who value forming relationships with their crew and creating a positive onboard atmosphere.
This position offers a great rotational partner and an in-depth handover, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. You will join a fantastic team led by a captain who has been with the owners for many years. A key part of this role is having a passion for creating nutritious and delicious crew meals, as maintaining the crew’s energy and morale is highly valued. The crew onboard fosters camaraderie and embraces an active lifestyle, often spending time together when schedules allow. The yacht is currently in the Caribbean, followed by a Mediterranean season, where it will be open to charters. The vessel has a successful charter history and promises exciting itineraries ahead.
