Job Title: Mutli-property House Manager

We are seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the management and operation of luxury rented villas in Ibiza. The successful candidate will report directly to the owner's Chief of Staff and be responsible for ensuring a seamless, five-star experience for guests while maintaining the properties to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for the luxury villas, ensuring all aspects are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades with local service providers and contractors.
- Ensure villas are impeccably presented at all times, meeting luxury standards.
- Supervise and manage on-site villa staff, including housekeeping, groundskeepers, and other support personnel.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stays, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff to anticipate guest requirements and deliver personalised services.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
- Track expenses, process invoices, and provide regular financial reports to the Chief of Staff.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inventory, and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Key Requirements:
- Must currently reside in Ibiza and have a strong understanding of the island’s culture, logistics, and service providers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish (essential) and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Expertise in managing high-end properties and catering to high-net-worth clients
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
