Job Title: Housekeeper/Nanny (Rota)
Location: Miami, FL + Travel
Rotation: 1 week on/off
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per annum

We are assisting a family based in Miami, FL, in their search for a Housekeeper/Nanny. This family values meticulous attention to detail and exemplary childcare and housekeeping skills. The position includes travel opportunities and requires an adaptable, professional approach in dynamic environments.
The family seeks someone who can handle day-to-day household responsibilities during the week and focus on childcare during weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience managing household operations in private residences and will enjoy providing care for children.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other household staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform thorough household cleaning duties according to a set schedule, maintaining organization and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Facilitate school drop-offs and pick-ups during weekdays.
- Manage laundry and ironing, including care of luxury fabrics.
- Oversee wardrobe maintenance and care for high-end items and materials.
- Maintain and care for fine dining sets, delicate cutlery, crystals, and silverware.
- Support development and ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling tasks.
- Willingness to travel extensively and comfort aboard boats.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Significant experience working in private families, especially for high-profile or UHNWs.
- Clear understanding of the demands and expectations of high-end household operations.
- Proficiency in English.
- Comfort working around pets.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
- Candidates must be based in Florida.
