Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Chief Steward/Stewardess for a 60m Charter Yacht
Start Date: Immediate (to be on board for a charter starting 12 December)
Salary: €6,500 to €7,000 per month
Qualifications:
- STCW and ENG1
- Advanced experience in charter operations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Background in luxury service and guest experience
Requirements:
- Available for a busy charter season, including back-to-back charters from mid-December to mid-January
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a team
- Proactive, flexible, and professional demeanor
Other:
- The yacht is currently located in Papagayo and preparing for an exciting charter season.
- Must be able to adapt quickly and contribute to an excellent charter experience for guests.
