Summary
TYS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a newly purchased 65m private, dual-season MY.
- Start Date: Ideally, by December 20 (before the crossing) or January 10.
- Leave: 60 days.
- Joining Location: TBD, France or St. Maarten.
- Salary: €8,250, increasing after successful probation.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel.
- Visas: Schengen mandatory, B1/B2 a bonus.
- Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of at least two years leading an interior team on similar-sized vessels, a meticulous approach to organization, and the ability to train juniors. You’ll oversee a team of six, working alongside a supportive Second Stewardess with two years of experience onboard. The outgoing Chief Stewardess will prepare a thorough handover to ensure a smooth transition.
The role requires impeccable standards for the new owners, a kind and respectful family accustomed to high-level service. Their first trip onboard begins on January 16 in the Caribbean. The winter season will be based in St. Maarten, with plans to cruise Caribbean waters, and the Summer is TBD.
