HMG is looking for a permanent Male Chef for a 39m motor yacht undertaking charters and some owner usage along the Queensland Coast.
Previous charter experience is highly desired as well as a passion for serving fresh, local ingredients.
Shared cabin with the 1st Mate, there will be a requirement to help on deck occasionally with docking and mooring operations, if time permits.
A close-knit crew who work hard to achieve consistently high standards for their guests, the Captain is looking for an easy-going and happy individual who has a broad range of cuisines they can prepare for Charter guests and Owners alike.
There are generous leave entitlements on offer and the Captain gives as much extra time off as possible.
