The candidate specification:
We are seeking an experienced Chase Boat Captain to join our team. The role entails operating the fleet\'s chase boats, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the season. Previous experience as a Chase Boat Captain, Bosun or Lead Deckhand with extensive experience operating tenders. Self-sufficient, adaptable, and able to work independently. Strong fitness orientation, with a background in water sports being highly desirable also. Any additional skills or experience in tender mechanics or engineering (AEC1/2) will also be favourable.
Responsibilities:
Manage and operate multiple tenders. Assist with the potential addition of a 14-meter and an 18-meter catamaran. Take full responsibility for driving the tenders solo. Support the fleet, which includes an 85-meter new build mothership and a stunning sailing yacht. Accompany the owner and guests, often staying in hotels or marinas when the boss is on board, and on the yacht when they are not. Engage in water sports activities when required. Ensure high standards of safety and performance in all operations.
