Responsibilities:
- Sole Stew role with support from the Deck/Stew as needed and fully on trips
- Focus on creating exceptional guest experiences, including elaborate theme nights and personalized service during trips
- Oversee all aspects of interior operations
- Collaborate with the Captain and crew to ensure smooth daily operations
