Summary
We are looking for a FEMALE HOH with 2-3 years in yachting.
Candidates must have strong housekeeping experience, with excellent management skills and a good eye for detail.
They must be confident, highly organized and native English speaking.
The position is permanent, with a 3-month trial period.
60 days leave per year, taken in two 1 month periods, with a €1800 flight allowance per year.

The HOH is primarily responsible for overseeing and organizing the housekeeping and laundry with guests onboard, but might be called to help with service and pantries during busy times. With no guests onboard, they will write work lists together with the Chief Stew and then be responsible for allocating jobs and duties on a day-to-day basis. They will be responsible for checking the girls’ work and monitoring progress during turn rounds and yard periods, ensuring everything is running according to schedule. They will also be responsible for putting together provision lists for the Guest toiletries and Meds as well as general housekeeping items needed. This yacht is run to very high standard and it is crucial to have a strong person, who is able to monitor and maintain this consistently, as per the owners’ requests. The HOH will be in direct contact with the owners, thus they need to be confident, friendly and well presented.
