Summary
We are on the hunt for a FEMALE STEWARDESS for this busy charter yacht.
Candidates MUST have a minimum 1 season’s experience on a busy boat, preferably charter (NO GREENIES, SORRY!). If only private, it must have been a busy programme with lots of guest action.
Essential to have experience in service, housekeeping and laundry and be a strong candidate in all areas as this position will be rotating between each role for each charter.
This is a permanent position, joining at the end of January in St Maarten.
Salary 2,700 euros, non-negotiable.
Rotational leave system with 77 days leave per year split into two periods, 2 x return flights per year, all charter tips split evenly, great bonus scheme onboard!
Standard MLC contract
Certificates required: valid STCW, ENG1, Food hygiene level 2, PDSD
Extra skills are considered an advantage

Candidates must be able to hit the ground running, take onboard what they are taught well, be a quick learner and adapt well to change! This is a very busy charter boat with short turnarounds, long days, demanding guests and back-to-back trips. This is not a position that allows lots of time for training - hence the need for a strong candidate that can step onboard and be hands on from the start. Working in a team of 8 girls with 6 on at any one time.
