Summary


We are seeking an experienced chef to cook for a crew of five until the end of March. Our boat will be in the shipyard in France.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Create menus that cater to nutritional and dietary needs
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of ingredients
  • Cleanliness of all food stores area.
  • Ensure compliance with food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge and experience with maritime cuisine
  • Hygiene certification and culinary education documents
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours.

Salary: DOE.
