Summary
We are seeking an experienced chef to cook for a crew of five until the end of March. Our boat will be in the shipyard in France.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Create menus that cater to nutritional and dietary needs
- Manage the procurement and inventory of ingredients
- Cleanliness of all food stores area.
- Ensure compliance with food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience with maritime cuisine
- Hygiene certification and culinary education documents
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours.
