Summary
TYS Recruitment is seeking a rotational Chief Stew for a private/charter 70m+ M/Y currently in the Caribbean.
- Start date: Feb 1st
- Joining location: Caribbean, TBC.
- Salary: €7000
- Visa: Schengen and B1/B2 mandatory
- Leave days: 2:2 rotation

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of solid yachting experience on vessels of similar size or at least 2 years as a Chief Stew on 60m+ motor yachts, with charter experience being a must. You will be working with a team of 6 interior crew members, rotating alongside an experienced Chief Stew who values a close-knit and collaborative team dynamic.
The family onboard is personable and prefers formal service styles onboard. You should be confident in leading synchronized, plated service and possess strong administrative skills. Creativity on charter trips, including themed meals and table settings, is a must. A positive demeanour and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment will be ideal for this team. A hands-on approach and leadership as Chief Stew will be key to fitting seamlessly into this role.
This diverse crew enjoys spending time together off-duty, engaging in outdoor activities when possible. The yacht’s upcoming itinerary includes travels throughout the Caribbean and Florida, followed by a season in the Mediterranean in 2025.
