TYS Recruitment is looking for a rotational Chief Steward to join a very busy 50m+ private MY, currently based in the Mediterranean.

- Male due to cabin arrangements.
We're seeking a highly motivated male Chief Steward with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in yachting, on similar-sized vessels. This position could be the perfect fit for a strong 2nd Steward who is eager to step into a Chief Steward position. Service styles onboard are fairly relaxed and focus on providing exceptional experiences for its guests in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role requires someone with extensive knowledge in wardrobe management and impeccable organizational skills. You’ll be responsible for providing guidance and training to junior crew and maintaining high standards throughout the interior. The ability to deliver a high-quality service in a relaxed atmosphere will be key.
With a Mediterranean itinerary and winter periods spent in the shipyard, this position promises a great balance of travel and downtime.
