Rotational Crew Chef opportunity aboard Private 75m+ M/Y
Chef position available on board a dual season private Motor, cooking for the Crew and assisting the Head and Sous Chefs.
Start date: Beginning March 2025
Itinerary: Med & Caribbean Cruising
Salary: Highly competitive salary Paid in USD – 2:2 Rotation
Experience/attributes required:
* Strong Restaurant background
* Minimum 1 season experience on Yachts of a similar size
* Ability and personal drive to provide healthy and a varied repertoire of cuisines for the Crew
* Ability to ensure all proficient and effective stock control with fresh and dry stock
* Excellent attention to detail
* Positive outlook and professional personal presentation
Qualifications required:
* STCW (fully updated)
* Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
* Seafarer's Medical Certificate
* Culinary certificate plus Ship's Cook (preferred)
* Seafarer's Discharge Book (preferable)
* Food Safety & Hygiene L2 Certificate
* Fully vaccinated (client's request) mandatory
* B1/B2 Visa
Non smoker / no visible tattoos
