Permanent First Mate/OOW 55m Private/Charter SY
We are seeking an experienced sailor with a strong work ethic and a focus on safety. The ideal candidate will be cheerful, sporty, and energetic, seamlessly integrating with our dynamic crew. The yacht will be based in Mallorca this winter.
Priority will be given to candidates currently located in Europe.
Start: ASAP
Itinerary: Med cruising summer/Caribbean winter
Package: Competitive salary plus an annual bonus, Rotational 2:2
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on S/Y
- 1-year previous experience as 1st mate on large SY
- Excellent communication and execution skills
- Good knowledge of deck maintenance
- Experienced with yard/refit operation
- Good management Skills
- Strong Knowledge of Mini-ISM systems
- Professional appearance
Qualifications Required:
- STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate
- OOW 3000 MCA minimum, Chief Officer 3000 preferred
- C.I endorsement
- Fully COVID vaccinated (per client’s request)
