The successful applicant will be rotating with with the Head Chef who has been with the boat for 6-7 years. There is a full time sous chef.
Looking for a chef with a strong culinary background and who has proven longevity/loyalty.
Owners are live a board year round. They do not like to stay off the boat. The Mr. and Mrs. enjoy traditional American food just elevated. When the son comes on board or hosts a dinner party, they expect high caliber food items on the menu.
Boat is based year round in West Palm beach when not travelling.
