We have an exciting opportunity for a well-traveled, experienced assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneurial woman. In this crucial role, you will be the right-hand support, combining hard work with the thrill of exploring the world travelling to locations such as Dubai, Egypt, Mykonos, ST Tropez and the USA. This versatile position involves coordinating the principal’s business and personal activities to ensure seamless daily operations and reduce her workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, preferably with prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant or similar, who can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing demands, showcasing a strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Your time will be divided into roughly 75% business and 25% personal support. Your duties include but are not limited to, playing a crucial role in managing the principal’s calendar and overseeing business and personal appointments to ensure a seamless daily schedule.
Your responsibilities will encompass organising all aspects of travel, including booking hotels, private flights, and arranging ground transportation. You will also liaise with air, ground, and yacht crew to ensure that the principal’s preferences are met and that standards are upheld throughout the journey. Additionally, you will accompany the principal on trips, often at short notice, which will involve efficiently packing and unpacking luggage and remaining on hand to assist with any last-minute changes or emergencies. You will also handle all personal errands and complete various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring that all details are meticulously attended to.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
• Making travel arrangements for business and personal trips
• Diary and inbox management, correspondence on the principal’s behalf
• Scheduling personal appointments
• Event planning, both social and business events
• Wardrobe management, including packing and unpacking during trips
• Communicate with the global household teams and ensure standards upkeep
• Ad-hoc errands and tasks
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Proven longevity in a similar support role or as a Superyacht crew
• Flexibility with the working hours, schedule, and location
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive ‘Yes’ attitude
• A Driving license is beneficial but not essential
• Willingness to travel regularly and at short notice
• A strong passport to expedite entry into multiple countries without visa issues
• Excellent, verifiable references
