Chief Engineer in Spain

Summary

A 50m+ Private and Charter Motor Yacht currently in the Mediterranean is looking for a rotational Chief Engineer.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy successful charter yacht.

The package includes a salary of 8500 euro p/m and a 2 month/off rotation plus charter tips.

The ideal candidate will hold at a minimum their Y2, all other applicable certificates, have experience as Chief Engineer on similar sized yachts, have a solid understanding of ISM and have proven longevity.

The candidate should be a non-smoker with no visible tattoos.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/2 Y2 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
