A private Dual-Season vessel is looking for a Bosun
The vessel finishes a refit in the Netherlands then into an Atlantic crossing to Bahamas for a boss-on period before returning for the med season.
Prior experience in this position would be beneficial as there is a combination of shipyard, crossing and boss on in the forthcoming months. The successful candidate needs to be able to fit in seamlessly and lead a team of 5 deckhands by example with a positive and proactive demeanour.
Due to the vessel’s itinerary, the candidate needs to have B1B2 visa in hand.
Salary is 3500-4500 Euros per month depending on experience with an additional discretionary 13-month bonus. 3:1 rotation, full medical insurance and a generous training scheme.
