Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Deckhand for a 60m+ yacht
You will be responsible for maintaining the exterior of the yacht to the highest standards, assisting with docking and undocking procedures, tender operations, and ensuring the overall safety and security of the vessel. You will work closely with a professional and dynamic crew, where teamwork and communication are key.
Requirements
At least a season’s experience
A Yacht Rating will be preferred
Must hold a B1B2 visa
Watersports beneficial
Tender driving skills a plus
Key Responsibilities
Exterior maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, and detailing
Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and watch duties
Tender driving and passenger transfers
Ensuring all deck equipment is in excellent working condition
Supporting the team in all aspects of daily yacht operations
Watersports
Start date: 10 Feb
Location: Caribbean
Salary: EUR DOE + tips
Leave: 60 days per annum
Private with some Charters- Vessel plans – Caribbean, Mexico, US East Coast British Colombia, Alaska
