Job description
This dynamic role offers an opportunity to grow, with responsibilities divided as follows:
- 22 weeks as Chief Officer (C.O.).
- 13 weeks as 2nd Officer (2/O).
- 17 weeks of leave annually.
This is an excellent position for someone who has prior experience as a 2/O but is seeking further growth before stepping into a full-time Chief Officer role. You’ll join an 18-crew team operating on a busy dual-season vessel, offering a blend of challenges and development opportunities.
Start date: 20 February
Location: Caribbean/US
Salary: EUR 6500
Leave: 119 days per annum (scheduled leave)
Flights: 3x return per annum
Very busy private/Charter -Dual season vessel
Caribbean and US (Rybovich this winter)
The yacht is approaching 15yrs old and will enter into a major refit in September 2025
