License: STCW, ENG1, PSA/PDSD, B1B2 visa in hand, Schengen Visa (if applicable)
Job description:
We are looking for a temporary female deckhand who has the potential to become permanent, to join a dual-season, 70m private M/Y. The ideal candidate is passionate about the job, eager to learn and grow, honest, hardworking, and well-presented. She should have a calm demeanor while maintaining a happy, easygoing, yet professional attitude.
It will suit someone who needs a lot of sea time.
- At least one season of experience (preferably on the same size boat with verifiable reference)
- Excellent maintenance, safety, and product knowledge
- Good eye for detail

Salary: 3200 EUR
Package: 60 days leave per year, with 2 return flights, bonus after 12 months (At owners’ discretion)
