We are seeking a rotational Engineer/Deckhand to join the crew of a busy 29m private motor yacht with multiple owners.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in an engineering role, demonstrable deckhand skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced yachting environment. Essential qualities include strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, a proactive and solution-oriented approach, and excellent organizational abilities, particularly in maintenance planning and inventory management.
Preference will be given to candidates from the Balkan region, as the existing crew is Croatian.
Start: February 5th
Package: Salary paid in Euros through the whole year - DOE, Maltese contract
Qualifications Required:
• STCW (Fully Updated)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid minimum of six months
• Skippers licence
• Seaman's discharge book
• Valid Passport - B1/B2 Visa is a bonus
