Summary
96ft Private EXPEDITION yacht seeking a sole stew with great cooking skills.
The owner is not unrealistic and doesn't expect a culinary degree. Looking for someone who can cook and enjoys to cook, but knows how to store food safely.
Time management is essential as this is a split role.
This is a strictly private boat with high owner usage.
Yacht runs with 3 full time crew and bring on extra when they do a long passage or need help.
Yacht is currently in Costa Rica. It will remain in Central South America for a couple more months then do the Panama canal, Caribbean, Bahamas's then Florida for an extensive yard period involving a complete Engine rebuild/replacement.
Yacht Master or 200ton ticket required.
AEC1 and 1 preferred.
Salary DOE around $6k
This role is not open to couples/teams at this stage.
