50m Private/Charter motor yacht seeking a Chief Stewardess.
Location: Caribbean Winter / Med Summer
Contract Type: Fulltime. No rotation offered at this stage as the boat is for sale. The owners have the Captain and Chief Stew on full time for the sake of continuity and team consistency.
Start Date: February 2025
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join our dynamic crew aboard our 50m private/charter motor yacht. If you are passionate about delivering top-tier service, thrive in a team environment, and excel at creating memorable guest experiences, this could be the perfect role for you!
Opportunity to join an exciting new build program in approximately 12 months based on performance and chemistry with the owners and crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of all aspects of the interior department.
- Maintain a detailed inventory and preferences for the owners and their guests.
- Lead and work in with the stewardesses in your team
- Collaborate in planning and executing creative table settings, decorations, and theme nights.
- Organize and host engaging game nights and events for guests.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the yacht.
Requirements:
- 3 plus years in yachting in a Chief Stewardess role.
- Minimum 1 year of longevity in a similar role on previous yachts.
- Proven experience in interior tasks, including preference sheet management, guest services, housekeeping, laundry, and food and beverage service.
- A creative flair for decorating and planning theme nights and events.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and any other relevant certifications.
- Management of Interior department accounts
Salary range: $8,000 – $8,750/m
Cabin share with MALE Chef half of the time when he is on his rotation.
