Summary
We have a fantastic position available for a highly experienced Rotational Executive/Head Chef, to join a world cruising 100m private M/Y. Candidates must have proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position and have strong leadership and communication skills, to effectively manage the galley team. You will be responsible for planning and executing high quality menus for the guests, with the ability to cater to a wide range of preferences, as well as overseeing the entire galley operations, including provisioning, ordering, budgeting and accounts. This is a very busy private vessel, so strong organisational and time management skills are paramount for this role.
You will be working within a large galley team, so must lead by example and be a team player. No egos!
