Sales Administrator – Marine Industry
???? Office-Based Role
A well-established marine rigging company is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role supporting sales, accounts, and general office administration, with a strong focus on bookkeeping. You will be a key part of the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and working closely with the workshop team and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handling incoming calls and sales enquiries
✅ Sales administration and passing over leads
✅ Managing shipping and deliveries
✅ Bookkeeping/Accounts Admin
✅ Supporting office operations
✅ Working closely with the workshop team and senior management
About You:
✔️ Experience with accounts and bookkeeping (Sage 50 or NetSuite experience desirable)
✔️ Comfortable handling admin, logistics, and sales support
✔️ Marine industry experience or an understanding of boating terminology is highly beneficial
✔️ Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
✔️ A background in sailing or rigging would be a plus
