Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an Interior Manager for a 100m+ yacht
As a successful premier charter yacht, the vessel is looking for someone equally accomplished to lead the well-established interior team.
The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach and will need to adapt his/her way of operating to fit with the established protocols on board rather than vice versa. And they will like to be kept busy!
Requirements:
- At least 8 years’ experience in the industry and at least 2 years’ experience as an Interior Manager on 100m plus boat
This is an administrative leadership role where the Interior Manager is ably supported by strong, rotational HoS and HoHK, as well as the Purser and 5 in the galley. 15 Interior crew in service and HK.
The vessel conducts various different style charters from the traditional yacht charters to more corporate trips with up to 36 in the guest party.
Large Interior with full spa, beach club etc
Start date: 1 March 2025
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 9500 DOE
Leave: Time for time rotation - 8 weeks on 8 weeks off
Business Class flights over 5 hours
Single cabin
Vessel Program and itinerary: Busy private & charter, with charters booked already for 2025
