Temporary Deckhand – Potential Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deckhand for a temporary position aboard a dual-season motor yacht. This role covers a shipyard period, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time 2:1 rotation for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience on busy motor yachts
• Yachtmaster 200GT Offshore (or higher)
• All valid certificates & ENG1
• B1 visa (for non-US residents)
• Strong maintenance skills for shipyard work
• Professional, hard-working, and a team player

Non-smoking program with strict drug & alcohol policies.

Preference will be given to candidates in the North America, Central America and Caribbean area.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
