Temp Crew Chef – 50m Motor Yacht

Location: Florida plus Atlantic Crossing to Western Mediterranean
We are seeking a talented and experienced Temp Crew Chef for a 50-meter motor yacht, to join our team from February 15th until approximately June 1st. The role will involve preparing healthy, varied, and well-balanced meals for a crew of up to 10, with a focus on fresh, quality ingredients. The chef will also be responsible for preparing meals for non-workdays based on the work schedule, ensuring nutritional needs are met with a diverse and balanced diet.
Key Duties:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the crew, with a focus on healthy and varied meal options.
- Manage inventory and ordering of provisions.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
- Cater to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Adhere to a 6-day working week, with flexibility as needed.
The yacht will be operating a 6-day working week when guests are not on board, with periodic breaks and off-time. Experience on yachts or in high-end catering is preferred, and candidates should have a passion for providing nutritious and delicious meals while adhering to a budget.
Female candidates preferred due to cabin arrangements.
Candidates must hold all valid STCW certificates, Marine Medical (ENG1), valid B1 visa or be a resident of the US.
This is a strict non-smoking vessel.
