Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain for a 32m Private Motor Yacht operating in the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of professionalism, maintaining the correct attitude and appropriate business distance while ensuring a high level of service and courtesy toward the owner and guests.
The Captain will be responsible for the overall management of the vessel, including safe navigation, crew leadership, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Prior experience on Mangusta yachts is a plus. Must speak English, German & Spanish are a plus.
This is typically a single-season program around the Mediterranean. The yacht runs with a core crew of two (Captain + Deckhand), with an additional two seasonal crew members from April to October.
We are looking for a discreet, service-oriented, and hands-on leader who can manage the yacht efficiently while maintaining a positive onboard environment.
Salary: 7,500 EUR
Package: Permanent- 3,83 leave days earned per month worked.
