Summary

Position: Sous Chef

Yacht: 62m-MY-Private

Location: West Palm Beach

Itinerary: CAR-MED

Requirements: 

We are urgently seeking a Sous Chef for a 62m private motor yacht, with the following key details:

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Italian restaurants or hotels is a must.
  • Minimum yacht experience required – at least 1 season.
  • Valid STCW+ENG1
  • Must hold visa B1/B2 and Schengen visa if required
  • 3 months probation period



Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary 4500 euros/month, increasing to 5000 euros/month after 6 months employed.
  • 70 days leave per year.
  • €1,250/year training package
  • 2 round trip flights in YC.
  • Medical coverage including when at home/on leave and onboard
