Summary
We are seeking an experienced, Russian speaking Service Stewardess to join the interior team aboard an 80m M/Y, launched in 2023. This private-use super yacht, currently located in Dubai, offers a dynamic and professional working environment with a diverse and multicultural crew.
The Service Stewardess will be an integral part of the interior team, providing exceptional service to the owner and guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in silver service and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver impeccable service, including silver service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare specialty coffees and craft cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Set up and maintain elegant table settings, including napkin folding and decor arrangements.
- Collaborate with the Chief Stewardess and other team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
Languages: Russian-speaking (not Russian nationality due to visa restrictions).
Experience: Proven experience in silver service, barista skills, cocktail preparation, and table presentation.
Availability: Join ASAP, onboard by the end of January.
The interior team consists of 6–7 stewardesses, with roles divided between service and housekeeping depending on trip schedules.
Total Crew: 19 (diverse nationalities including Serbian, Dutch, Danish, South African, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Bulgarian).
Seasons: Heavy summer use, light winter use.
Leave: Approximately 60 days of paid leave annually.
Rotation: Non-rotational.
Salary: €3,500 per month.
