Summary
We are seeking an Engineer/Deckhand to join the crew of a busy 35m private newly built motor yacht with multiple owners. Yacht delivery in Turkey will be followed by a busy summer season and warranty work in the shipyard. The rest of the winter will be spent in Montenegro. Preference will be given to candidates from the Balkan region.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in an engineering role, demonstrable deckhand skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced yachting environment. Essential qualities include strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, a proactive and solution-oriented approach, and excellent organizational abilities, particularly in maintenance planning and inventory management.
