Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Service Stewardess to join a well-established 80m Private MY with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. This is a 3:1 Rotational position. You will be part of an interior team of 7
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a leadership role, have strong knowledge of fine dining service, be a great communicator with the ability to train, manage and motivate the service team.
We are looking for someone someone who has a real passion for service, is professional with a calm demeanour and is also be down-to-earth, with a good send of humour.
The yacht travels off the beaten track, so will suit candidates who would like to see some new and amazing places. The owner is a keen scuba diver so an interest in diving would be a bonus.

Requirements for application: Min 2 years’ experience as a Senior Steward/ess on a 60m+ MY with proven longevity, Strong Service knowledge and organizational skills, Great communicator and listener, Good verifiable references. Confident and skilled.
