Summary
We are urgently seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Service Stewardess to join the interior team aboard an 80m private M/Y, launched in 2023. Currently located in Dubai, this high-profile vessel offers a professional and dynamic working environment with a multicultural crew.
* Position: Service Stewardess
* Location: Dubai (immediate start required)
* Salary: €3,500 per month
* Leave: Approx. 60 days annually (non-rotational)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide impeccable silver service, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
* Prepare specialty coffees and craft cocktails with skill and creativity.
* Set up and maintain elegant table settings, including napkin folding and décor arrangements.
* Work closely with the Chief Stewardess and interior team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
* Languages: Must be fluent in Russian, but cannot hold a Russian or Ukrainian passport due to visa restrictions.
* Experience: Strong background in silver service, barista skills, cocktail preparation, and table presentation.
* Availability: Must be available for an immediate start.
The Role & Vessel Details:
* Interior Team: 6–7 stewardesses, rotating between service and housekeeping based on guest schedules.
* Total Crew: 19 (diverse nationalities including Serbian, Dutch, Danish, South African, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, and Bulgarian).
* Usage: Heavy summer season, lighter winter season.
