Head Chef needed for a Private 60-meter M/Y
Foreign flagged vessel
Will be heading to the Mediterranean for the Monaco Grand Prix this Summer (2025)
Usual base is South Florida and Bahamas
Owners are easy going and enjoy simple/classic American food
Owners typically use the vessel each weekend and arrive with no more then 5 guests (days off can be taken during the week)
This position would suit a Chef/Sous Chef looking to step up in position or onto a larger vessel
The vessel has long standing crew onboard and great leadership
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is drama free and exhibits flexibility with last minute plans
A friendly and calm person who works well as part of a team
Someone with proven longevity in previous programs and excellent references
Experience in provisioning worldwide and monitoring stock
Good time management skills
Credentials:
- STCW
- ENG1
- Food Hygiene level 2
- Ships Certificate preferred
- B1/Schengen Visa (if applicable for US/Europe)
