Seasonal Chef– Private/Charter 50m M/Y
This is a busy private and Charter M/Y with a single season Mediterranean cruising program.
Start date: April 1st until Oct 31st
Location: Western Mediterranean
Package: Salary in Euros, inclusive of leave
There is potential for this position to become permanent for the right candidate
Experience and attributes required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chef on 40m+ yachts, with a strong restauration background
- Possess the ability to provide a varied repertoire of dishes for both Guests and Crew
- Strong emphasis on Mediterranean, Asian, French and Italian Cuisines
- Having a creative plating mind to offer the Wow factor when presenting dishes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to quickly adapt to change
Qualifications required:
- STCW Fully up-dated
- Ship’s Cook / Professional Culinary Diploma
- Food & Hygiene L2
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
- Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
