Currently looking for an experienced Permanent Sole Chef to join a 45m Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sole Chef to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exquisite dishes for guests and crew, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills while adhering to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. This role involves meal planning, menu creation, and effective kitchen management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the yacht crew and deliver a five-star dining experience on board.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sole Chef on motor yachts, preferably within the 40m - 50m range.
- Strong culinary background with a passion for creating diverse and innovative dishes.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and work on a yacht for extended periods.
- Food Hygiene Lvl2
- Valid STCW.
- ENG1.
Package:
- Salary:€6,500 pcm
- Leave: 8 months onboard, 4 months retainer
- Itinerary: Mediterranean - Single Season
