Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Deckhand for a 45m yacht
We are recruiting a motivated deckhand to join a 45m vessel currently in Sint Maarten, Caribbean.
You will be responsible for maintaining the exterior of the yacht to the highest standards, assisting with docking and undocking procedures, tender operations, and ensuring the overall safety and security of the vessel. You will work closely with a professional and dynamic crew, where teamwork and communication are key.
Requirements + Responsibilities
· Yacht Rating / Yacht masters (endorsed)
· B1/B2 Visa and Schengen visa
· STCW and valid ENG1
· AEC is a BIG plus
· PWC Instructors is a bonus along with any diving experience
· Exterior maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, and detailing
· Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and watch duties
· Supporting the team in all aspects of daily yacht operations
· Proactive mindset
Start date: ASAP
Location: Sint Maarten, Caribbean.
Salary: USD 3750
Leave: 45 days
Charter and private vessel. Dual Season
