Head Chef – 70m Charter M/Y
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Rotational Head Chef to join a 70m Charter M/Y. Responsibilities include overseeing all culinary operations on board, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, planning and preparing diverse and creative menus tailored to guests’ preferences and dietary requirements (the owners enjoy buffet-style service with a varied selection and lots of dishes, including gluten-free options), managing inventory, provisioning, and budget for the galley, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen while adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the Sous Chef and other crew members to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Relief Head Chef, and previous experience with charters is preferred. Candidates must hold a a B1/B2 or C1 visa, Ships Cook Certificate. Female only due to cabin arrangements.
Salary : USD 7500
Leave: Rotation – 10 weeks on/10 weeks off
