We are seeking an energetic and hardworking Housekeeping Stew to join a busy, dual season private 75m+ MY.
This position is ideal for someone looking to grow in a stable, long-term role (2+ years), and who enjoys working in a team environment. This is a busy programme, cruising the Caribbean in the Winter and Mediterranean during the summer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep of the yacht
- Ensure the interior is maintained to the highest standard at all times as part of a motivated interior team
- Assist with guest services as required, when needed
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a stewardess
- Must have a B1B2 Visa; Schengen Visa preferred if applicable
- A sense of humour and ability to interact with crew and guests is a must
- Seeking someone motivated and eager to be part of a rewarding program with great owners
- A hardworking individual with a desire for longevity within the HK department – not looking to transition into service roles
- Prepared to share a 3-berth cabin
- Fully vaccinated (including 1 booster), no visible tattoos and non-smoker
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: 3000 USD +/– per month (DOE)
Leave: 3:1 rotation
Bonus: 13-month contractual annual bonus
Flights: 3 return flights per year to place of repatriation
