Salary: €8,500 – €9,000 per month + 13th-months Bonus

Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Male Sole Chef for a 45m motor yacht operating both privately and for charter. The yacht is currently in Florida, where it will remain for the next 6–8 weeks before crossing to the Mediterranean for a busy summer season with multiple charters booked. Last year, the vessel completed around six weeks of charter in the Med.
The galley is spacious and well-equipped, allowing the chef to create high-quality meals. The owners—an American family of eight—use the yacht frequently but never for too long. They enjoy well-presented, American-style meals with a focus on healthy Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, as well as classic Italian desserts.
The ideal candidate must have a background in restaurants, previous yachting experience, and a strong ability to work independently. A cooking trial will take place in the family’s Florida residence before final selection.
This role offers a competitive salary, an excellent training budget, 120 days of holiday per year, and a performance-based 13th-month bonus. A B1 visa or U.S. passport is required for this position.
