Experience/Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Sole Chef on similar-sized yachts or in luxury hospitality
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Expertise in international cuisines and ability to cater to diverse dietary needs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
Qualifications Required:
- Valid STCW95/10 certification
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 or higher
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
