We at Hill Robinson Recruitment are excited to be sourcing an experienced Maritime professional to work for a Global Ship and Crew Management Team, for their Miami based office!
Start Date: April 2025
Location: Miami, Florida, USA
Package: Competitive Salary DOE - Paid in USD. Working Monday - Friday
Required Attributes:
· This is a position with great emphasis on organisational skills, administrative duties with transparency and diligence
· Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Cruise and Luxury Yachting Sectors
· Previous Recruitment experience within the Cruise Industry would be highly advantageous
· Being proactive and possess the ability to stay focused when working in a fast paced environment
· Have the ability to build and maintain relationships, be an active listener with strong communication skills
· Must be willing to work Office-Based, Monday to Friday in Miami
· Exceptional personal presentation with a friendly and dynamic character, working in a Multi-Cultural setting
· The right candidate will be working with high volume seafaring teams and reporting directly to the General Manager based in Asia
Qualifications:
· Must have the Legal rights to live and work in the United States of America
· HR Qualifications highly regarded
Valid driver’s license etc
