The Candidate Specification
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Stewardess to join a fantastic private yacht. This is a rotational interior role, where you will gain well-rounded experience across all departments, with a primary focus on laundry when guests are onboard.
The ideal candidate should have a healthy mindset and enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking. A valid driver’s license is a bonus. They are looking for someone with at least one season of experience on a 30M+ yacht and a genuine passion for learning, asking questions, and improving their skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a structured program, as the yacht values internal promotion. The team is friendly, and the owner appreciates crew members who engage confidently and professionally. The yacht is heading into a 5-6 month yard period to prepare for an exciting Scandinavian trip in the winter and plans to attend the Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes Film Festival.
- Required Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 1 season of experience on a 30M+ yacht, strong hospitality background preferred, confident, personable, and able to interact professionally with the owner, interest in hiking and outdoor activities, driving license is a plus, willingness to learn, ask questions, and improve
